I wish there were building like that around me. The architecture in my town is like an in-bred donkey compared to that beautiful beast.

Sorry to hear that. I'm very fortunate to live so close to Chicago, it's a great city.

This picture is rather surreal. You managed to get a good shot despite that sun being there. I probably would have waited until later in the afternoon to get this, but it is still quite beautiful.

I wanted to see how the sun would look reflecting. Now I have to get another one now that I have a polarizer and UV filter.

Cool shot! :w00t: The shadow at the left and the part on the right that lights up because of the sun, they go really well together and so does the angle you chose.

I need to do some research on filters. The polarizer I have doesn't seem to do much and sometimes I think the shots actually look worse with it on.

my friend told me that John Hancock is the ugliest building in Chicago :D That's why he took us on top of it instead of Sears just because you can't see it from there :D

Cool. :D

It's a love/hate thing. Lots of people hate it because the superstructure and color, which is also why lots of people love it. I think it's okay. There are worse buildings in Chicago, but lots more that are awesome.
