I got tired of trying to create the perfect background for a butterfly I was working on. Decided to get back to my roots and do something dark and abstract instead. Hope you like.
Cool colors. I like the texturing put into that color, and how they contrast against one another without being too overwhelming for the viewer.
Also like all the swirling motion in here. It keeps up visual interest, and the pinwheel effect makes the viewer really pay attention to all the little details in the lower half of the picture.
awesome. i'm rather dark myself so.... i really like.

Beautiful. It makes me think of the intuitive leaps and bounds that are made during the creative process.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P

Years are like fractals. The more you've seen of them, the more you appreciate the details of each one, rather than how many you've seen.

See enough horror and experience enough pain and you become separated from your self.

An artist must create as often as possible. To cease this task is, to the soul of an artist, as ceasing to breathe.
