First thing is get your hands on a fractal generating program. Ultra Fractal [link] is the best, but it's not free. Of the other free programs, I recommend Apophysis [link] , and Fractal Explorer [link] . From there it's going through tuts and getting familiar with the software interfaces.
First off, just because it's on my own galleries first page doesn't mean much. It's not on the main fractal galleries first page, so it's all relative.
Secondly, you only have 13 people watching you. I have over 10 times that many.
Third, your gallery is full of images that have no distinct shape or form. I know you've looked through my gallery, so you know I am able to form my apo images into purposeful shapes. People saw me do that for months and slowly started following my work because of the uniqueness to my fractals.
I recommend you do two things. First, log in more time in apophysis so that you can form purposeful images. I have hundreds of hours, maybe over a thousand, so people have come to know that I am experienced in both it and other fractal generators. Secondly, when you go through someones gallery and decide to post a negative comment, while overlooking the better images, do the homework. You might be one of the nicest people in the world, but thanks to your comment, you look like a whiner who's bitter their artwork isn't getting the attention you think it should. Nobody jumps into fractals and gets instant recognition. The fractal gallery is one of the most looked down upon in the digital realm, but despite that, I've spent almost a year here helping hundreds of people with fractals. I've made a lot of friends and learned a lot about art because of all the work I've put into this place. If you want images with a lot of faves, start working because nobody is just going to hand it to you.
